Sections of the dashboard
- Title – shows the name of your main programme. If you have a tutor, mentor, or employer contact, their names and contact details are listed here. Where a tutor is shown, you will also see the option to send them a message.
- Learning plan activities – shows your learning plan activities broken down by completed, submitted, remaining, and target. For example, a score of 12 out of 24 means you have completed 12 of your 24 learning plan activities.
- Upcoming reviews – lists your upcoming reviews. Select Start to navigate to a review.
- Timeline – shows a visual indicator of your current stage in the programme, along with key milestone dates.
- Progress – if you are enrolled on one or more programmes, this card shows your progress across each of them.
- Off-the-job hours – shows planned and completed off-the-job (OTJ) hours for each month. The forecast figure is the total of your completed OTJ hours plus all future planned OTJ hours.
- Current RAG status – if your organisation uses RAG status (a Red, Amber, Green rating used in reviews to indicate progress or competency), your current status is shown here.
- Requires attention – shows items that need your action, including overdue activities, feedback received, unread messages, and any signatures required. Select an item to go directly to the relevant page.
- Skills radar report – if your organisation uses the skills radar, this card shows a summary of your current scores.
