Completing the ILR and Extended ILR

Overview

The ILR (Individual Learner Record) contains information the government requires apprenticeship programme providers to collect. It is the record of your learning programme and your individual progress.

The ILR and the extended ILR (the second part of the ILR) are completed as part of the onboarding wizard.

Note: There may be other compliance documents you will need to complete and sign during the onboarding wizard.

Note: The terminology, questions, and order of steps you see will depend on how your apprenticeship programme provider has configured the wizard.
