Performance Dashboard - Ready for QA drilldowns

Overview

As a Tutor/Administrator, you can view the drilldowns for items displayed in the Ready for QA section in order to view detailed information and to take action where appropriate.

As a Tutor/Administrator, you can drill down on key metrics relating to your caseload, or a wider group of learners that appear in your Caseload Dashboard.

The Ready for QA Requires Attention card/drilldown is visible to administrators who have one or more of the following roles: Internal VerifierSupervisorCompliance QAManage ILR, and ILR QA.

On the Performance Dashboard, the Ready for QA section is visible on the Requires Attention card when you have items that are ready for QA.

When you click Ready for QA, you can see the drill-down in a grid.

The information is arranged in the following columns:

  • Learner/Programme
  • Activity
  • Activity Owner
  • Evidence File or Note Name
  • QA Feedback Status
  • Actioned On: Date on which Status was updated

The list is sorted by the ‘Actioned On’ date by default, with the oldest records displayed first. To sort the items, click on the header row of the column you wish to sort them by.

When you click a row in the grid, the Learner Dashboard is displayed. When you click an item under the Evidence File or Note Name column, you will be taken to the Learning Plan, filtered to show the ‘Ready for QA’ items.

On the Tutor view of the Learner Dashboard, the Ready for QA section is visible on the Requires Attention card when the learner has items that that are ready for QA.

The information is arranged in the following columns:

  • Activity
  • Activity Owner
  • Evidence File or Note Name
  • QA Feedback Status
  • Actioned On: Date on which Status was updated

The list is sorted by the ‘Actioned On’ date by default, with the oldest records displayed first. To sort the items, click on the header row of the column you wish to sort them by.

When you click a row in the grid, the 'Quality Assurance' screen for the activity is displayed, with the relevant evidence pre-selected.

 

Notes

  1. If the status of the evidence is 'Accepted - QA Feedback Actioned', or 'Referred - QA Feedback Actioned', the QA feedback status column will show an 'Accepted - QA Feedback Actioned' or a 'Referred - QA Feedback Actioned' status as appropriate.
  2. The 'QA Feedback Status' will be shown as 'Available for QA' for all other statuses, but only where the component has been set as 'Planned for QA'.
  3. In all other cases, no evidence will be shown in the grid.
