Overview

This Workload widget is always visible on the performance dashboard.

Click on the question mark icon to view the description for the calculations, overlaying the score screen.

Calculations

Caseload Workload is calculated per the following formula:

Workload = 10 - ( uniqueUsers / totalUsers ) * 10

where

totalUsers = 

• all Learners which are accessible to the Administrator
• AND of Subscription Status NOT in:
  • Expired
  • Cancelled
  • Archived
• AND of Programme status NOT in:
  • Non starter
  • Completed
  • Withdrawn (w/o funding)
  • Early Leaver (funded)
  • Not Eligible
  • Imported
  • Withdrawn
• AND additional filter applied if 'My learners' or 'Secondary learners' filter is selected in Caseload Dashboard

uniqueUsers =

if 'odata-workload-summary-enabled' feature-flag enabled for tenant:

• count of unique Learners which appear in all Requires attention cards excluding 'Cognassist Registration Required';

otherwise:

• count of unique Learners which appear in all Requires attention cards excluding
  • 'Cognassist Registration Required'
  • 'Components Overdue'
  • 'Requires Marking'
  • 'Feedback Received'
  • 'Open Trackers'
