If a learner has checkpoint data, their review shows a checkpoint performance widget in the learning progress section. This article explains what the widget shows, how it appears in the review PDF, and how to move between the widget and the learner's full checkpoint page.
What the widget shows
The checkpoint performance widget is read-only and shows:
checkpoints completed
latest score
average score
average number of questions
average time spent on each checkpoint
Select "Calculate" in the learning progress section to refresh these figures so they reflect the learner's current standing. There is no separate refresh control for the widget itself.
When the widget does not appear
The widget is hidden if checkpoint is not enabled for the learner's programme or tenant. If checkpoint is later disabled for a learner whose review already shows the widget, it is hidden the next time the section is recalculated.
Checkpoint performance in the review PDF
When you generate a PDF of a review, the checkpoint performance widget is included using a version suited to the printed document. The PDF reflects the figures as they stood when it was generated.
If the widget was hidden in the review at the time, it is also left out of the PDF. Generating a new PDF after checkpoint has been disabled does not add the widget back, and PDFs generated before checkpoint was disabled are not changed retrospectively.
Viewing the full checkpoint page
To see a more detailed breakdown, select "See all Checkpoint results" on the checkpoint performance widget. This takes you to the learner's full checkpoint page.
To return, select "Back". You go back to the same review, at the point you left it, rather than to your review list or dashboard.
