  • Title – The first card has the name of learner, the programme they are on, and the programme status. If they have an employer, a manager or a mentor their names are also listed.
  • Learning Plan activitiesShows the learning plan activities, breaking it down by completed, submitted, remaining and target. In the visual shown here, the score 12 out of 24 indicates that the learner has completed 12 out of 24 learning plan activities.
  • Upcoming reviews – This card lists the upcoming reviews, you can navigate to a review by clicking Start
  • Timeline – This card has a visual indicator showing the learner's current stage in the programme, along with other milestone dates.
  • ProgressIf the learner is currently enrolled on one or more programmes, you can see their progress on each of the programmes for the entire learning duration.
  • Off-the-job HoursShows the planned and completed OTJ hours for the past four months.  The forecast hours is the sum of completed OTJ hours and the all future planned OTJ hours.
  • Current RAG Status If your organisation uses RAG status, you can see your learner's RAG status on this card.
  • Requires Attention – The Requires Attention card on the Tutor Console Learner Dashboard shows signature requirements for the administrator/tutor only. It does not show whether a learner or employer also has outstanding signatures on the same document. To check signature status for all parties, navigate to the Signatures tab on the learner's profile. This shows the full signature status across all signatories.
  • Skills Radar ReportIf your organisation uses Skills Radar, you can see a summary of the learner's Skills Radar scores on this card.
  • Overdue components and role logic The number of overdue components displayed in Requires Attention depends on the administrator's relationship to the learner:

    • If the administrator is the case owner for the selected learner, all overdue components across the learning plan are taken into consideration.

    • If the administrator is not the case owner but is a component owner, only the components they own are taken into consideration.

    • To see overdue component counts across all component owners and case owners, use the Performance Dashboard, which requires the "Tutor Console - View All in Assigned Group(s)" role.

Troubleshooting tips

How are the percentages calculated in the Learner Dashboard Progress widget?

The percentages are calculated as follows.

image-20250908-100610.png

  • Completed - Percentage of completed criteria (mapped on Completed/Verified components).
  • Submitted - Percentage of pre-mapped criteria against Evidence Submitted/Referred components.
  • Target - Percentage of the expected (target) progress of the learner as a vertical line.  The Target is the expected progress based on criteria mapped onto components with Due Date < today.
