Unallocated users tile

Overview

A standard administrator can access the Unallocated users report from the Unallocated users tile. This article describes the page as visible to a standard administrator. For more information, see Standard administrator – detailed description.

Note: to access this report, the Placements/Workshops token must be enabled in the account programme, and the Use unallocated users report option must be ticked in the Placements/Workshops token (Main tab).

The grid lists all learners and jobseekers with a Full user subscription status who the logged-in administrator has access to. A summary of their placement, workshop, and internal job enrolments with a status of Enrolled, Finished, or Lapsed is also shown.

By default, the grid is sorted by jobseeker ID (ascending) and displays 10 records per page. Use the navigation buttons to move between pages.
