Overview

A Standard administrator can access the Placements/Workshops grid from “Placements/Workshops” tile to see the list of Placements/Workshops which are allocated to Aptem Groups relative to those the logged-in administrator is allocated to (i.e. all groups up (parent) and down (child) in the hierarchy).

The administrator can then navigate to Placement profile page from the grid or leave some notes against selected Placement/Workshop or easily validate Placement/Workshop availability dates and number of available placements left unbooked.

By default, the grid is ordered by the “Available to” column, descending. The grid displays 10 records per page. The administrator can use the navigation buttons to switch between pages.

 

Filtering

To apply a filter, the administrator should click the ’Search’ button. To reset currently applied filters and get back to default values, the administrator should click the ‘Reset’ button.

In the filter area, an administrator can view:

List items are: all Onboarding/Delivery programmes accessible to logged-in Standard administrator, excluding account and archived programmes.

Search by Placement/Workshop Allocation metric;


List options:
- All (e.g. no filter is applied)
- Allocated (e.g. Placements/Workshops which have 0 enrolments available for booking – number of enrolments equals “Number of placements available”)
- Available (e.g. Placements/Workshops available for enrolments, based on “Available to” date (greater than today) and at least 1 enrolment available for booking)

Type Dropdown ‘All’

Search by Placement/Workshop type;

Export to CSV

The administrator can download relevant details as a CSV report using the “Export to CSV” link at the top-right corner above the grid.

When administrators use the export option, a “Aptem.Placements.csv” file is exported - this file contains the same columns as displayed in the grid, considering the filters applied. In addition, the following columns are included in the CSV file:

  • Placement/Workshop description
  • Placement/Workshop “Health and Safety” property
  • Placement/Workshop Aptem Group allocation
