Job preview page

Overview

The Job preview page can be accessed from Job Finder in either the admin view or the jobseeker view. This article describes the page as visible to a standard administrator. For more information, see Standard administrator – detailed description.

Note: the Jobs token must be enabled in the account programme to access this functionality.

Job Finder

A standard administrator can navigate to the Job preview page from Job Finder in two ways:

  • Admin Job Finder view – select the Job Finder tile.
  • Jobseeker Job Finder view – User Profile page > Job search section > Job Finder link.

To view internal jobs created in Aptem and available to jobseekers, search by job title and location and set Posted by to the name of the tenant's first root group.

Selecting a job title or the View job and apply link opens the Job preview page in a new browser tab.
