The Assessment field showing separate units instead of just the Qualification Name is controlled by the Assessment Level setting in your Programme template.
To change this:
Go to your Programme build.
Navigate to the Qualification token.
Set the Assessment Level to "Qualification Level Assessment" instead of "Unit Level Assessment".
This setting determines what appears in the Assessment field when adding assessments.
When set to "Unit Level Assessment", individual units are shown.
When set to "Qualification Level Assessment", the qualification name is displayed instead.
Please note:
This change will only apply to new learners added to the programme after the adjustment is made.
To apply this change to learners already on the programme, you will need to remove them from the programme and then reapply them.
We recommend making this change in Classic to avoid making any unintended changes to the learner’s ILR.
