If the learner has decided not to continue with English and/or maths, you will need to:
- Remove the English and/or maths functional skills sub-programme from the learner's programme via the User profile page.
- Remove any Qualifications from the Aims/Qualifications list.
- Remove all Functional Skills Aim for the Learner's ILR Record.
- Re-generate the Training Plan document.
These steps should remove functional skills from the Key Milestones section.
