Why does the Training Plan show two exemption statuses for the same qualification aim?
Likely cause: there's a space after the aim reference in the programme's ILR template. Aptem reads the reference with the space as a different aim, so it shows a second exemption status.
What to do:
Open the programme in Programme Builder and go to the ILR template.
Remove any spaces before or after the aim reference.
Save the programme.
Select Update on the learner's Training Plan.
