When you first enter the Trust Centre, you can browse topics in two ways:
You can use the tiles; each tile groups content by a common theme, such as Data Security, Data Privacy, or Policies. Selecting a tile opens all the related resources in that category. You can also use the search bar — if you are looking for a specific topic, simply type your search term into the bar at the top. This is especially useful if you have a particular question in mind.
If you need to view uploaded documents such as policies, certificates, or audit reports, navigate to the Documents section. Here, you will find a clearly organised list of files you can open or download.
Some sensitive materials, such as penetration test results, are stored under restricted content. To request access, you must use your work email address when submitting your request. Once your work email is verified, you will be guided through our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) process. After the NDA is completed, the content will be made available to you.

You can find our full Information Security Policy in the Documents section, under the 'Policies' tile. This document details our approach to protecting customer data, including governance, access controls, and incident management . - How do you dispose of data?
Our data disposal process is outlined in our Data Security Policy, also available in the Trust Centre. We securely erase or physically destroy data-bearing media in compliance with industry best practice and applicable legal requirements.
