Edit a milestone

Overview

As an administrator with the Supervisor role, you can edit a milestone and capture payment details against a milestone.

This article shows you the steps for find and edit a milestone in the console. If you are using Aptem classic, see: Edit a milestone (classic).

 

Edit a milestone

Navigate to the participant menu and click Milestones.

The Milestones grid will be displayed.

To edit a milestone, clickpencil.pngunder the Edit column.

The Edit Milestone screen is displayed. The following fields are displayed in read-only mode for you to view:

  • Name of milestone

  • Projected achievement date 

  • Programme

  • Programme end date

You can edit the following fields:

  • Status: Dropdown menu lists: Invalid, Active, Projected, Achieved, Verified

  • Achievement date

  • Claimed status: Dropdown menu lists: Claimed, Not Claimed, Refunded, Paid, Rejected, On hold

In case of milestones generated by "Self-employment" and "Job" trackers, you can capture payment details against a milestone, including both credit and debit information. You can specify the payment details in the following fields:

  • Paid date
  • ERS (credit)
  • Credit number
  • Debit date
  • ERS (debit)
  • Debit number

Note: Where the milestones are generated by "Self-employment" trackers, all the fields are displayed. But in cases where the milestones are generated by "Job" trackers, fields relating to payment details are displayed only when the "Claimed status" is "Refunded" or "Paid".

Click Show History to view a history of all updates and changes made to the milestone.

timeline is displayed, with the most recent edit at the top of the timeline. The timeline lists the date and time of the edits, and the name of the administrator who made the changes.

Click Hide History to revert to your original view.
