Milestones on the Performance dashboard

As a work coach/administrator, you will be notified on your Performance Dashboard about the number of projected milestone dates that have been achieved or passed the projected achievement date, and where the milestone claimed status is set to rejected.

In the 'requires attention' panel on the Performance dashboard, you can view a Milestones card that states the number of milestones that have reached or exceeded the projected achievement date for the participant.

Click on the Milestones card to go to the Milestones page for the participant.

When the milestone ‘status’ is set to ‘Verified’ and the 'claim status' is set to 'claimed', the milestone will be closed, and will not show on the ‘Required Attention’ section of the Performance Dashboard.

When there are no Milestones to display, the card will not appear under the ‘Required Attention’ section on the Performance dashboard.

This card is only displayed when the milestones projected achievement date has been achieved, or has passed the projected achievement date, and where the 'claimed' status has been set to rejected.
