If a process automation tracker was not used to put a learner on a break, it cannot be used to return the learner to a status of Return to learning. This must be done manually through a review.
To set this up, navigate to the review token for the learner's programme. For each review type, you can enable the Programme status selector to allow the programme status to be updated during the review.
On the Programme status selector tab, complete the Label field, this is the name that will appear in the review.
Select which programme statuses should be available to choose from during the review. Only the statuses you select here will appear as options.
To make this section mandatory, tick the required option at the bottom.
