Employer dashboard: Components overdue

The Components Overdue card helps employers identify items in the learner’s Learning Plan that have passed their due date and may require follow-up.

Visibility

  • The card appears only when at least one component assigned to the learner is overdue.

  • If the learner has no overdue components, the card does not appear in the Requires Attention panel.

How the overdue count is calculated

A component is counted as overdue when:

  • The Complete By date is today or earlier, and

  • It has not been completed

For employers, the following rules apply:

Included

  • Components visible to the learner that are overdue

Excluded

  • Qualification components

  • Miscellaneous components that are not visible to the learner

This ensures employers only see items that are relevant and appropriate from their perspective.
