This guide covers errors you may see when enrolling a learner onto a programme. For how to enrol a learner, see Enrol learner on to a programme. For which programme changes reach learners already enrolled, see A how-to guide to Programme Builder.
Errors when enrolling
Why do I see an error when enrolling a learner onto a programme?
What it means: the programme's learning plan includes review components, but the Review token is turned off in Programme Builder.
What to do: check the programme in Programme Builder, then either:
- turn on the Review token and set up review types for the review components in the learning plan, or
- remove all review components from the learning plan.
Why do I see "Planned OTJT hours must be equal to or greater than the minimum OTJ hours"?
What it means: the Apprenticeship Standard Code in the learner's Individualised Learner Record (ILR) Programme Aim may have the wrong LARS code for the apprenticeship standard.
What to do:
- Open the learner's ILR and go to the Programme Aim.
- Check the code in the Apprenticeship Standard Code field against the correct LARS code for the standard.
- If the code is wrong, enter the correct LARS code and save the ILR.
- Enrol the learner onto the programme again.
If the LARS code is correct and you still see this message, contact Support.
