Configure Process Automation settings for your tenant
Overview
As an administrator with the Manage Tenant Settings permission, you can configure tracker settings and directly control which process automation trackers you want to make available for your tenant.
Navigation
Navigate to Settings>General.
On this screen, toggle the process automation trackers you want to enable to the ON state. Then click Save Changes on the bottom-right of the screen. The process automation trackers will be enabled, and you will see a toaster notification on the bottom-left of the screen.
In some cases, where additional configuration is required, you cannot enable trackers from this screen. You have to navigate to the Additional Settings screen for these. For more information, see:

Notes
- Where you see a message stating that a particular User form field will be enabled, this is enabled in your account programme, but is NOT set to mandatory.
- If you see a red warning stating that the ILR is required. this indicates that the ILR token has not been enabled in your account programme. You will need to contact support or your IC to get this enabled.
Disable a process automation tracker
Toggle the process automation trackers you want to disable to the OFF state. Then click Save Changes on the bottom-right of the screen. The process automation trackers will be disabled.
To disable process automation trackers with additional settings such as the Employment changes process automation trackers and the Withdrawal from learning Process Automation tracker, you will need to navigate to the Additional Settings screen and toggle the process automation to the OFF state.
Note
If you disable a tracker, the system will NOT delete any trackers that have already been raised. If you wish to close such trackers, you will have manuallly close them.
