Overview
As an Administrator with the Compliance Mass Processing role, you can select multiple records and sign all of them at once, or you can sign them and invite a specific employer contact to sign them.
The Ability to 'Mass Process' allows administrators to re-sign the existing document(s) where they select 'Sign All' or invite a different Employer contact to sign if 'Sign & Invite Employer' is selected.
Signing multiple documents
sign them and invite an employer to sign them.
These options are displayed on the "Signatures Required", "Waiting for Others" and "Completed" tabs, and not on the "Not Created" tab.
Sign All
When you click "Sign All", you will see a "Please wait, signing in progress..." message whilst signatures are being applied.
Sign All & Invite Employer
When you click "Sign & invite Employer", the 'Select Employer Contact' screen is displayed.
This screen lists the Organisation records that are linked to the selected learners. The Organisation name, address, and the number of documents that they will be asked to sign is displayed.
Please Note: If you intend for the designated Line Manager for the Learner to sign these documents, return to the previous step and click "Sign only".
Under the Select Contact column, you can use the dropdown to select an existing Employer contact that you wish to invite to sign the documents for each Employer listed. Please note that only one signatory per Employer is permitted. If you require different signatories per Employer, click 'Cancel' and return to the previous step. And select only the documents corresponding to a single signatory.
You can expand each Organisation listed on this screen. In the expanded view, you can see details of the learner/programme, document and the requested date.
When you click "Sign All & Invite Employer", you will see a "Please wait, signing and Employer invitation in progress.." message.
