Signing compliance documents

Overview

From the Signatures page you can review the status of any compliance documents that you are responsible for signing.

Click Signatures on the left menu. When the toggle is set to Compliance, you can see the compliance documents that require your signature.

Please Note: Where you have been given access to view all learners within a 'Group' by your organisation they will appear in this list.

The list has the following columns:

  • Student Name / Programme
  • Type of document
  • Manager
  • Tutor
  • Requested On (date)
  • Sign

You can sort the list by any clicking on the header row.

To find a specific learner, you can type in the learner's name in the text box above the list. You can also narrow down the list using the available filters.

Once all signatures have been gathered the document will move to the 'Completed' tab of the Signatures grid. Users may edit documents at a future date if required. If these documents are edited Users will have the ability to choose whether to 'Save Changes Only' or 'Save and Request New Signatures'.

'Save Changes Only' will apply changes made and retain signatures on all compliance documents (excluding the Off the Job Hours Log' which will force parties to re-sign).

'Save and Request New Signatures' will move the document back into 'Signatures Required' and need all parties to resign this document.
