Work Coaches and Administrators with the "Edit Learner Details" role can edit a participant's personal details and update participant information using the Console User Interface.
Edit the Details section
To edit the participant's details, navigate to the Participant Profile screen and select the Participant Details tab.
Navigate to the Details section, and click theicon on the top right.
Editable fields will be displayed. Enter the revised details, and click Save.
In case you change the primary work coach, all the sub-programme components that were assigned to the previous primary work coach are now assigned to the new primary work coach.
Where the sub-programmes components were assigned to a secondary work coach, you will be asked if you want to assign all of the participant's sub-programmes to the new primary work coach.
You can edit the Groups that the participant is assigned to. You can select one more groups to assign the participant to. Note that you can only view the groups that you have been given access to by your organisation.
In addition, you can edit the following fields, in case they have been enabled on the Programme Requirements token:

After you have made your edits, click Save.
