Work coaches and administrators with the Edit Learner Details role can edit a participant's personal details directly from their profile.
Work coaches and administrators without the Edit Learner Details role, but who have process automation trackers enabled on their tenant, cannot edit participant details directly. They can instead submit a change request using the process described below.
Edit participant's name
Navigate to the Participant Profile and select the Participant Details tab.
Navigate to the Name section and select the pencil icon in the top right of the panel.
The editable fields appear. Enter the revised details and select Save. A confirmation message reading "Participant Name updated" appears at the bottom left of the screen, and the updated name is displayed on the profile.
Without the "Edit Learner Details" role
If you do not have the Edit Learner Details role, you can still request a name change provided process automation trackers are enabled on your tenant. You do not need the Process Automation Trackers (Create) role to submit this request.
Navigate to the Name section and select the pencil icon in the top right of the panel. The editable fields appear. Enter the revised details. If this is a legal name change, upload the supporting documents before proceeding.
Select Request Change. A confirmation prompt appears. Select Submit Changes to confirm.
A confirmation message reading "Name change requested" appears at the bottom left of the screen. The Name section on the profile updates to show a Pending Changes message.
