Overview
As a Work Coach, you can view the profile of your participants - their personal details, their programme details and learning support information. Where applicable, you can also view their PRaP details.
Navigation
You can navigate to the participant profile from the participant details card on the participant dashboard.
The Participant Profile screen is displayed. Here, you can see view the following information:
- Programme details
- Participant details
- Learning support details
- PRaP details (where applicable)
Programme details
As a Work Coach, you can view the programme details of your participants, so that you can understand what they are working towards.
On the participant name card, you can see the participant's avatar/initials, the participant's name, the name of the programme they are enrolled on, and their status.
The programme details are shown in 4 sections:
- Programme details
- Sub-Programmes (where applicable)
- Qualifications
Participant details
As a Work Coach, you can view the detailed profile of your participant. On the participant name card, you can see the participant's avatar/initials, the participant's name, the name of the programme they are enrolled on, and their status.
The participant details are shown in the following sections:
- Profile section
- Contact section
- Employer section (if configured)
- Referrer section (if configured)

Additional Information (where custom fields have been used to capture information relevant to the participant)
Learning Support
As a Work Coach, you can view the learning support details of your participants, so that you can effectively support them.
If you are using the integration with Cognassist, you can now register the participant and check their status - all from this screen. For details, see: Integrating with Cognassist.
PRaP Details
If PRaP details relating to the participant have been uploaded into the system, you will see an additional tab titled PRaP Details. Here, you can view the PRaP details provided by DWP.
On the participant name card, you can see the participant's avatar/initials, the participant's name, and the name of the programme they are enrolled on.
The imported details are shown in 4 sections:
- Personal information
- Contact information
- Referral details
- Additional details
If you have the Supervisor, Compliance QA or Ability to set PRaP version permission, you can also see the option to “View PRaP version History” on the PRaP Details tab. For more information, see: PRaP versions.
