Add a participant to an an organisation profile

Overview

In most cases, learners are created following the process described in Create a learner account. You can also create a learner directly from an organisation profile, for both employers and referrers.

Getting started

To add a learner to an organisation profile:

  1. Select the Organisations tile.
  2. Search for the organisation you want to add a learner to.
  3. Select Create user.

  4. Complete all required fields as described in the Create a learner account article. The employer's name will already be pre-populated on the form.

Viewing employer users

Once learners are linked to an employer, they are listed under the Employer users section of the Organisation Profile. Select a learner's name to view their full profile.
