From time to time, you may need to edit and update the details on organisations record to keep the profile up-to-date. As an example, you may need to change the owner of the relationship, update an employer’s address, or change the status of a record from ‘confirmed’ to ‘opportunity’, or you may want to ‘Archive’ an organisation profile.
Edit organisation details
- Sign into your administrator account
- In the navigation panel, click the Organisations tile.
- Click the pencil icon under the Edit column.
- Alternatively, you can click the organisation name to open the organisation profile.
- On the Organisation profile screen, click Edit organisation to edit the details.
- Make the updates or changes that are required on the record and then click Save.
