Edit organisation details

Overview

From time to time, you may need to edit and update the details on organisations record to keep the profile up-to-date. As an example, you may need to change the owner of the relationship, update an employer’s address, or change the status of a record from ‘confirmed’ to ‘opportunity’, or you may want to ‘Archive’ an organisation profile.

 

Edit organisation details

  1. Sign into your administrator account
  2. In the navigation panel, click the Organisations tile.

  3. Click the pencil icon under the Edit column.

  4. Alternatively, you can click the organisation name to open the organisation profile.

  5. On the Organisation profile screen, click Edit organisation to edit the details.

  6. Make the updates or changes that are required on the record and then click Save.
