ILR overview

The Individualised Learner Record (ILR) is the data return submitted to the Department for Education (DfE) to report on learner activity and claim funding. In Aptem, ILR data is collected as part of the onboarding process and managed through a set of dedicated tools and views.

Completing and submitting the ILR

The ILR is completed by learners during onboarding and can be updated by administrators. To view or edit a learner's ILR, navigate to their profile and select the ILR tab (Classic) or the relevant section in Console.
