This functionality streamlines the marking process, reducing time spent on manual tasks while enhancing the quality of feedback provided to Learners. • The Feedback Assistant enhances marking efficiency by allowing tutors to provide targeted, contextual feedback on specific words or sentences. Tutors can use feedback from the bank. Over time, the AI learns from marking patterns for a specific exercise - not individual learners. After analysing feedback across 10 or more completed exercises, the system begins to suggest relevant feedback or marks for specific text. These AI suggestions include a confidence percentage and require Tutor confirmation, ensuring accuracy and consistency while streamlining the marking process.
    • Personalised comments are not added to the feedback bank and therefore are not utilised in the AI.
  • If the submission contains multiple questions, navigate between them to ensure all required sections are marked by selecting the ‘Next’ option.
  • Once marking is complete, press the 'Mark as Done' button option.
    • This action signifies the completion of the marking process and updates the submission status in Aptem.
    • Selecting ‘Unmark as done’ will reverse the status within Aptem and require the Tutor to ‘Mark as Done’ again. This button can be selected if the Tutor navigates back through to our partner's interface from the Aptem Learning Plan Component side panel.
    • 'Mark as Done’ will automatically close or redirect you back to the corresponding Learning Plan Component in Aptem.
  • Existing functionality and workflows can then be followed within Aptem to add criteria, accept or refer the Learning Plan Component
    • The Learner will be able to review the feedback by navigating through their exercises in the Learning Plan Component.
