Overview

This article describes this tile as visible to a standard administrator. For more information, see: Standard administrator - detailed description.

The “Users usage” tile navigates to “Usage report” page which represents key summary on Learners activities per selected time range:

  • Logging into application
  • Using Job Finder
  • Tasks management
  • Visiting Advice Centre
  • CV management

 

Filtering

To apply a filter, the administrator should click the ’Search’ button. To reset currently applied filters and get back to default values, the administrator should click the ‘Reset’ button.

The page consists of 5 expandable sections:

  • Users logins
  • Users who had clicked at least 1 job link
  • Users who had created/updated at least 1 task
  • Users who had read at least 1 advice item
  • Users who had created/updated at least 1 CV

Each of these sections display a chart, a linear graph, and a detailed information grid.

In the filter area, an administrator can view:

Only those Aptem Groups are listed which logged in Administrator has access to;

User logins

Product area: Users

The “User logins” report represents the average number of Learners logging into system across selected time range and total number of Learners logged into system per each day.

Report is expanded by default when Administrator navigates to “Usage report” page.

Show complete list” option, once clicked, displays a grid below the diagram which Administrator can use for detailed analysis.
Once grid is expanded “Show complete list” is replaced with “Hide list” option.

“X PER DAY” counter label represents the average number of Learners logging in per selected period (total number of Learners logging in divided by number of days selected).

“Up”/”Down” icon indicates increasement/decreasement (accordingly) of average number of Learners logging in comparing to same length period of time prior to selected Period Start date.

Chart

“User logins” chart represents statistics about Learners logging into system split into 2 bar charts:

  • Logged in Number of Learners, accessible to Administrator, which logged into system at least once per selected time range
  • Not used Number of Learners, accessible to Administrator, which had no logins into system per selected time range

Both bar charts are clickable and, once clicked, detailed grid is expanded below.

Diagram

“User logins” diagram is presented as a linear graph where X axis is “Date” and Y axis is “Number of Learners logged in”.

Dark blue line represents the number of Learners which had at least 1 logging in during the day;
green dashed line represents the average number of Learner logins (1 event per Learner, if multiple during day) per selected period (total number of Learner logins divided by number of days selected).

Plot points are clickable, and, once clicked, display a grid below the diagram which Administrator can use for detailed analysis.
Hovering over the plot point displays Date and Number of users it relates to.

Grid

When expanded, grid represents details information about Learners which were logging into Aptem application during selected period.

By default, sorted by “Number of actions” column (descending).

Grid displays records by 10 items per page. Administrator can use standard pager navigation buttons to switch between grid pages.

Header displays:

  • “X users were logged in <Period Start date> - <Period End date>”, where X – is total number of Learners ever logged into Aptem application during selected period
  • if “Not used” bar chart is clicked from Chart area: “X users were not logged in <Period Start date> - <Period End date>”, where X – is total number of Learners never logged into Aptem application during selected period
  • “Export to CSV” link which allows Administrator to download “Usage report” CSV file (contains just the same data as displayed in grid, with same filters applied)
  • Pager control (allows Administrator to adjust number of rows/lines displayed in grid)

Any additional tenant settings required to view this functionality: The “Jobs” token must be enabled in the account programme.

Product area: Job Finder

“Users who had clicked at least 1 job link” report represents the average number of Learners who visited external website(s) from Job Finder (“View job and apply”) during selected time range and total number of Learners performed the abovementioned action per each day.

  • Accessed job link Number of Learners, accessible to Administrator, which followed job link from Job Finder at least once per selected time range
  • Not job link accessed Number of Learners, accessible to Administrator, which had not clicked any job links from Job Finder per selected time range

Product area: Tasks

 

“Users who had created/updated at least 1 task” report represents the average number of Learners who created/updated their Tasks during selected time range and total number of Learners performed the abovementioned actions per each day.

Task type dropdown allows to filter report data, so that only selected Task type is taken into consideration when aggregating create/update Task events.
