Overview

On clicking the "Found work” tile, administrator can view a “Got a job report” page which displays statistics of Learners marked as “found job” (based on “Job”, “Apprenticeship”, “Self-Employment” trackers created for Learner – regardless to tracker statuses).

Filtering

To apply a filter, the administrator should click the ’Search’ button. To reset currently applied filters and get back to default values, the administrator should click the ‘Reset’ button.

In the expanded grid, below the “Number who have found work” diagram, you can see the pagination options. The grid displays 10 records per page. The administrator can use the navigation buttons to switch between pages.

Number of users in group report is presented as a linear graph where X axis is “Date” and Y axis is “Number of Learners who have Job/Apprenticeship/Self-Employment trackers”.

• Dark blue line represents the number of Learners having their Job/Apprenticeship/Self-Employment trackers with Tracker Start Date matching the date on diagram;
• Green dashed line represents the average number of Learners who have their Job/Apprenticeship/Self-Employment trackers started during selected period (total number of Learners divided by number of days selected).

Plot points are clickable, and, once clicked, display a grid below the diagram which Administrator can use for detailed analysis.

The “Show complete list” option, once clicked, displays a grid below the diagram which Administrator can use for detailed analysis.
Once grid is expanded “Show complete list” is replaced with “Hide list” option.

“X PER DAY” counter label represents the average number of Learners having their Job/Apprenticeship/Self-Employment trackers started during selected period (total number of Learner activations divided by number of days selected).

“X TOTAL” counter label reflects the total number of Learners having their Job/Apprenticeship/Self-Employment trackers started during selected period.

“Up”/”Down” icon icons indicate an increase/decrease of average number of learners having their Job/Apprenticeship/Self-Employment trackers started comparing to same length period of time prior to selected Period Start date.

Grid of additional details

When expanded, the grid shows detailed information about learners who have activated their Aptem accounts during selected period. By default, this grid is sorted by “Number of actions” column, descending.

The header displays:

• “X users have found work <Period Start date> - <Period End date>”, where X – is total number of Learner having their Job/Apprenticeship/Self-Employment trackers started during selected period
• “Export to CSV” link which allows Administrator to download “Got a job report” CSV file (contains just the same data as displayed in grid, with same filters applied)
• Page control (allows Administrator to adjust number of rows/lines displayed in grid)
