Overview

Using the Activations tile, the administrator can view the “Account activation report” page which displays statistics of Learner accounts activations based on the selected time range.

Filtering

To apply a filter, the administrator should click the ’Search’ button. To reset currently applied filters and get back to default values, the administrator should click the ‘Reset’ button.

In the expanded grid, below the “Number of users in groups” diagram, you can see the pagination options. The grid displays 10 records per page. The administrator can use the navigation buttons to switch between pages.

Filters available:

Filter by user Aptem group allocation.

Only those Aptem Groups are listed which the logged in Administrator has access to.

Number of users in groups diagram

Number of users in group report is presented as a linear graph where X axis is “Date” and Y axis is “Number of Learner accounts activations”.

  • Dark blue line represents the number of account activations.
  • Green dashed line represents the average number of activations per selected period (total number of Learner activations divided by number of days selected).

Plot points are clickable, and, once clicked, display a grid below the diagram which Administrator can use for detailed analysis.

The "Show complete list" option, once clicked, displays a grid below the diagram which the administrator can use for detailed analysis.

Once grid is expanded “Show complete list” is replaced with “Hide list” option.

“X PER DAY” counter label represents the average number of activations per selected period (total number of Learner activations divided by number of days selected).

“X TOTAL” counter label reflects the total number of Learner account activations during selected period.

“Up”/”Down” icons indicate an increase/decrease of average number of activations comparing to same length period of time prior to selected Period Start date.

Grid of additional details

When expanded, the grid shows detailed information about learners who activated their Aptem accounts during the selected period. By default, this list is sorted by “Number of actions” column (descending).

The header displays:

  • “X users were subscribed <Period Start date> - <Period End date>”, where X – is total number of Learner activations during selected period
  • “Export to CSV” link which allows Administrator to download “Enrolment report” CSV file (contains same set of columns as displayed in grid, with same filters applied)
  • Page control (allows Administrator to adjust number of rows/lines displayed in grid)

 

Grid columns

The following grid columns and actions are available for a Standard administrator:
