FAQ: Why can I not find a programme on the Programmes tile?

Brian Leahy
Updated 25 March 2025 11:42

If you are unable to find a programme when you search for it on the Programmes Tile, please check that it has not been removed from the root group on the Groups Tile.

If programme restrictions are set for any group, users can only view the programmes associated with the groups they belong to.
