Overview
The history log is an audit record of how flagged items have been handled in concern management. It records every review decision and every automatic deletion.
What the log records
The log records a line for:
every review decision change, including who made it and when
every flagged item deleted automatically at the end of the retention period
Each recorded action gets its own line. If a decision is changed later, both the original decision and the change remain visible.
Items are identified by reference number only. The log never includes the learner's name or the message content.
The log is kept indefinitely, so the audit trail remains after flagged items are deleted.

Navigate to Concern management
The count on each tab shows the number of lines in that tab.
Export the log
Export the history log in the same way as other lists in Aptem. The requires the Data export permission to be held by the administrator
