Add activities to an action plan

Overview

There may be instances where additional activities need to be added to your organisation’s standard action plan for a participant. For example, a participant may need additional support in math and thus given access to an additional online resources, or a participant may need additional planned one-to-one meetings.

You can use the Add Activity function to include additional activities to an individual's learning plan. The Add Activity function is visible if you have the Advanced Learning Delivery – Add role needs to your account.

Note: Activities were known as "Components" in Aptem Classic, and they refer to the same thing. You can set your own custom terminology for some terms. See: Updating terminology.

Adding an activity

To add an activity, click Add activity on the top right of the Action Plan page.

You can use the Map Criteria section, on your right, to map the activity against one or more criteria from the Apprenticeship Standard, Framework or Qualification.
