Digital learning activity type

Use the Digital Learning activity type to deliver SCORM assets to learners as part of their action plan. SCORM assets are created using the built-in SCORM builder or uploaded from an external authoring tool. Learners complete the content within the platform, and completion data can be used to automatically generate evidence and record OTJ hours.

Adding a digital learning activity

To add an activity, see: Add activities to an action plan.

Enter a name for the activity and set the Activity Type to Digital Learning.

Digital learning activity fields

The following fields are available for this activity type:

Completion mode

This field determines how the activity status is updated. Two options are available:

  • All Evidence Accepted: the activity is completed automatically once all required evidence has been accepted by the tutor. This is the default.
  • Tutor Decides: the tutor can manually control the activity status, including starting, progressing, and completing it. If evidence is set as required, it must still be provided and marked before the activity can be set to complete.
