In the Aptem console, when reviewing a learner, an off-the-job hours report is shown. An example is displayed below.
The fields in this report are described below.
- Minimum required – the minimum required OTJ hours for the entire apprenticeship.
- Planned – the planned hours recorded in the main aim of the ILR at enrolment, covering the entire apprenticeship. Displays as "–" if not populated.
- Completed – the total completed OTJ hours for the entire apprenticeship. Calculated by summing the off-the-job time logged against evidence with a status of Accepted or Verified, where the related component status is Completed or Verified. Evidence with a status of Referred is excluded. Evidence relating to components with no due date set is included.
- Forecast – the total of completed OTJ hours plus planned hours for all non-completed components across the entire apprenticeship.
- A – planned hours for that month, calculated by selecting all components with a due date matching the selected month and summing their planned hours values. Components with a status of Completed or Verified where the due date falls in the selected month are included.
- B – hours recorded during that month, calculated by selecting evidence where the completion date falls within the month, the evidence status is Accepted or Verified, and the component status is Completed or Verified, then summing the off-the-job time.
The Overall progress infographic shows the learner's OTJ progress as a percentage. The horizontal blue line indicates progress made; the vertical line shows the target at the current point in time. The numbers on the right show the percentage achieved and the total completed hours for the entire apprenticeship. Hover over the infographic to see current and target progress in more detail.
