Configure your custom section review

Open the navigation by clicking the tiles menu selector:

Navigate to the Programmes section by selecting the "Programmes" tile:

Using the Programmes grid and search options identify the programme that you wish to configure:

Edit the programme that you wish to amend by clicking the "Edit" option. Click this

From the Programme Builder screen click the Review menu option to open the Review window

The first tab contains a list of all your review types. For each review type that you have created there will be a corresponding tab which allows you to configure the sections of that review. The naming convention is "Type: {Review type name}". Navigate to the tab that you wish to configure.

This screen shows you the sections that you have within your review. From here you can identify which of the sections are custom sections. A custom section allows you to add a custom form to capture additional information from users.

For each custom section in the review you can define your own section name which will display to the user. This is shown after the name of of the section. For example, the image below shows where a custom section has been added and a display name of "Feedback" set which will be the section name that the user is presented with.

For each custom section you will have a corresponding tab in the top navigation to the right of the review type configuration tabs (see illustration below). Navigate to this tab to configure the custom fields that are captured in this section of the review.

The configuration tab will show all fields that have been added to the form. Click the link "Add more" to add further fields

When you click "Add more" you will be presented with the following view where you have the option to select what type of information you want to capture.

From the drop down, select the option "Post code and address"

The Title field is your form subheading - this is a mandatory field.

Click the "Confirm" button on the review window to save your changes

Click the "Confirm" button on the programme builder window to save your changes
