Why are some delivery programmes not showing when I activate the Virtual Assistant?

A delivery programme will not appear in the Virtual Assistant if it does not have a criteria set selected in its build. Without this, the Virtual Assistant has no data to support learners, so the programme is excluded.

To fix this:

  • Open the programme build.
  • Check whether a criteria set is selected.
  • If not, select the correct criteria set.
  • Save your changes and update the programme.

Once a criteria set is in place, the programme will appear in the Virtual Assistant list.
