We recommend adding a step to your learners onboarding to guide them to use the Aptem virtual assistant (AVA).

Here's how to add this step to the onboarding wizard of a programme:

  1. Access the programme builder - Navigate to the Programmes tile and edit the programme you wish to modify.

  7. Reorder the step – use the arrows to reorder the step in your onboarding wizard.

  8. Finally, click Confirm to save your changes to the onboarding wizard and click Confirm again to save your changes at Programme level.

Tip: Consider placing the AVA step towards the end of the onboarding steps to encourage your learners to check it out as soon as they start their programme.
