Attach SCORM assets to a learning plan

Overview

Once you have created or uploaded your SCORM Assets, you need to attach them to your learning plan for this to be visible to your learner.

 

Steps

  1. Go to your Programmes tile.
  2. Select the programme that you would want to attach your SCORM Assets to.
  3. Scroll to your learning plan.
  4. Click ‘Add new Component’.
  5. From the ‘Component Type’ list, select ‘Digital learning’ (this pulls through your SCORM Assets that have been created).
  6. Give your component a name.
  7. Complete any instructions.
  8. Decide whether this component requires evidence to be uploaded to it, by ticking or unticking the box.
  9. Decide on the minimum number of submitted evidence that the learner needs to provide if required.
  10. Select your “complete by” timeframe.
  11. Upload any supporting documents for this component.
  12. Click ‘Select Assets’ to locate the SCORM Asset(s) that you have built.
  13. Click ‘Select’.
  14. Click ‘Save’, ‘Confirm’ and ‘Confirm’ once done.
