It's important to understand how assets are presented to both administrators, tutors and learners. This guide explains the functionality of asset presentation, focusing on the order of presentation and any sorting processes involved.
For Administrators & Tutors:
When utilising the "copy from answers" functionality on an asset, our system organises the selected answers alphabetically. However, it's essential to note that this sorting process is not reflected in the presentation to learners. Learner answers are displayed in the order they were selected, without any alphabetical sorting.
For Learners:
In the learner's view, our SCORM builder automatically arranges selected assets alphabetically, regardless of their initial sequence during configuration. Despite this, learners will receive assets in the order they were chosen, without any alphabetical sorting.
There are plans to make this more consistent and easier for viewing and building.
