Site Activity page

Overview

The Site activity page displays a learner's logged activities over a selected period. This article describes the page as visible to a standard administrator. For more information, see Standard administrator – detailed description.

A standard administrator can access the Site activity page from:

  • User profile > Activity summary (last 30 days) section > View activity list link
  • Activity report (Users time tile) > Activity list link

By default, the grid is sorted by Date/time (descending) and displays 10 records per page. Use the navigation buttons to move between pages.

Filtering

Select Search to apply filters. Select Reset to return to the default view.

Filter Control type Default Description
From Date picker Today minus 29 days Start of the date range for learner or jobseeker activity.
To Date picker Today End of the date range for learner or jobseeker activity.

Grid columns

The following columns are available to a standard administrator:

Column Sortable Format Description
Date/time Yes (numerical) DateTime (dd MMM yyyy hh:mm) Timestamp when the activity took place.
Type No String Type of activity performed by the learner or jobseeker.
Title No String Additional description of the activity type.
Duration (hh:mm) Yes (numerical) Time (hh:mm) Duration logged for create or update task activities. Calculated as task end time minus task start time.
Type of task No String Task type. Applicable to create or update task activities only.
Details No DateTime (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm) Task description. Applicable to create or update task activities only.

Trackable activities

Activity type Activity title Registered when
Login on Aptem.co.uk Not populated Learner successfully logged in to the Aptem platform.
Create or update CV <CV name> Learner created or edited one of their CVs.
Completed course asset <Course asset name> Learner completed a course asset from the course player. Aptem Classic interface only.
Create or update task

Option 1: <Task type>

Option 2: Completed application for <task subject>

Option 3: job url – <vacancy URL from third-party website>

Option 1: Learner created or updated a task.

Option 2: Task is complete and task category is Job Application. <task subject> is not the task description.

Option 3: Learner created a task on a job item from Job Finder using the Add task option. Aptem Classic only.

Viewed job search eLearning <Advice Centre item title> Learner visited Advice Centre materials. Aptem Classic interface only.
Create job search type <Job title> Learner searched for a new job title from Job Finder.
Viewed job at <Vacancy URL from third-party website> Learner selected a job from Job Finder and navigated directly to the third-party vacancy listing.
Apply advanced filter Not populated Learner used the Advanced options from Job Finder filters. Aptem Classic only.
Create contact <Contact name> Learner created a new contact from the Contacts page. Aptem Classic only.
Update contact <Contact name> Learner updated a contact from the Contacts page. Aptem Classic only.
Import contact <Contact first name last name> Learner imported a new contact from a CSV file on the Contacts page. Aptem Classic only.
Got job <Company name> Learner submitted the Got a job? form from the Got a job tile. Aptem Classic only.
Open skeleton tool Not populated Learner navigated to the skeleton tool page, accessible from the Advice Centre in Aptem Classic via the Search for skeletons item. Aptem Classic only.
Created an action plan Not populated Learner created a new action plan from the Action plans tile. Aptem Classic only.
Viewed suggested job at <Vacancy URL from third-party website> Learner selected a vacancy link from Job Finder > Suggested jobs.
Replied to suggested job at <Vacancy URL from third-party website> Learner replied to a suggested job from Job Finder > Suggested jobs. Aptem Classic only.

Export to CSV

Select the Export to CSV link at the top right of the grid to download the current view as a CSV file. The export applies the same filters as the grid and produces a file named Aptem.Logging.SiteActivity.csv.
