Overview

Where configured at the programme level, administrators with the Manage Programmes permission can add to or modify the Onboarding ILR document template. Administrators can make amendments to the 'Learning Declaration' section. They can enter their own text on the ILR declaration.

The ILR declaration will be generated with the new text in a read-only state for the learner, who can then view/sign the ILR declaration.

Prerequisite

Ensure that the template has been enabled by an MWS admin in your account programme.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Programme Builder.
2. On the Compliance documents template token, add the Onboarding, ILR document template if it not already present.
3. Access the document editor by selecting Prepopulate. Now, you can edit the template.
   
4. Add your desired logos at the top of the document.
5. At the end of the document, you will find the declaration. Use the standard text editing functions to edit the document.
6. Save the document template when ready.
7. Confirm the Compliance documents changes, and then confirm the changes to the programme.
