How can learners add general OTJ hours outside of a submission?

When logged in as a learner, you are able to add ad hoc activities to your learning plan as follows:

  1. Find the lightning icon in the top-right of your screen and click Log Activity.

  2. Provide a name for the activity and the date it was completed:

  3. Find the activity in the learning plan (it will drop into the month as per the date provided above).

  4. Click Upload evidence or Add a note as appropriate:

  5. Complete the details required for the evidence you are uploading, and then click Save.
    1. In case you are uploading a file:

    2. In case you are adding a note:

  6. The component will then change to "Evidence Submitted" and a notification will be sent to the Coach to approve/accept/refer.
