If your organisation uses AVA, the Aptem virtual assistant, administrators can see how learners are using it across every programme they have access to. You no longer need to open individual learner accounts to find out what learners are asking and how AVA is responding.
Reporting sits in its own Virtual assistant area in the left navigation, and works the same way as the checkpoint and marking aid reporting areas: you start with a view of your programmes, then drill down to a learner, then to that learner's full conversation with AVA.
Before you start
You need three things in place to use this area:
- AVA must be enabled for your organisation. If it is not, the Virtual assistant area does not appear in the navigation.
- Your account needs the virtual assistant reporting permission.
- To download a report as a CSV file, your account also needs the data export permission.
Everything you see in this area follows the access your account already has. If your permissions limit you to certain groups, programmes or learners, the reporting area shows only those, and the filter options list only the values you are allowed to see. If you cannot see the area or a learner you expect, speak to your Aptem superuser.
