Getting started with the Employer console

Overview

As an employer, you can use the Employer Console to view learner progress, send and receive messages, and sign documents.

Navigation

When you log in to your employer account, you will see a navigation panel on the left. Select any menu item to access the relevant function.

The navigation panel includes the following sections:

  • Learners – view a summary of all your learners and a snapshot of their progress.
  • Signatures – sign documents that require your signature. You can view signed documents for any learner in their profile under the Documents section.
  • Messages – view system notifications, reminders of upcoming and overdue tasks, and documents awaiting your electronic signature. You can also search for people you have messaged, search within conversations, and send messages and attachments to your learners.
