Configuring custom forms within a review

  1. Open the navigation by clicking the tiles menu selector:

  2. Navigate to the Programmes section by selecting the "Programmes" tile:

  3. Using the Programmes grid and search options identify the programme that you wish to configure:

  4. Edit the programme that you wish to amend by clicking the "Edit" option. Click this

  5. From the Programme Builder screen click the Review menu option to launch the Onboarding Wizard modal

  6. The first screen shows your list of review types. Use the tabs along the top to navigate to the review type you wish to edit

  7. This screen shows you the sections you have within your review type.

  8. Navigate to the bottom of the Sections list using the scroll bar on the right-hand side

  9. From here click "Add custom questionnaire section" to display the completed custom questionnaire section of an onboarding wizard within a review section

  10. This will add a section to the list above as illustrated below with the textbox allowing you to change the name for this section when it is presented within the review

  11. You can move the steps up and down to determine the presented order of the steps using the arrows controls on the right-hand side of each step

  12. For each "Custom Questionnaire" review section that you add a corresponding tab will appear in the top navigation to the right of your review types tabs. Navigate to this tab to manage which custom questionnaire you wish to display in this step of the review.

  13. Click the "Confirm" button on the Review window to save your changes

  14. Click the "Confirm" button on the programme builder window to save your changes
