To check an apprentice’s login dates and times using the Activity Summary and Usage Report sections in Aptem Classic.
Steps:
Navigate to the apprentice's User Profile in Aptem Classic.
Expand the Activity Summary (last 30 days) section.
Click on the following options as needed:
Usage report – View a detailed log of login activity.
View activity list – See a chronological list of actions performed by the apprentice.
View user tasks– Check tasks completed by the apprentice during this period.
Note: This data is only available in Aptem Classic and cannot be accessed in Aptem Console.
