Check learner access
If you would like to check if a learner has access to the Classic and/or Console platforms you can select the 'edit users details' option on their profile, in Aptem Classic:
This can also be done by selecting the edit pencil option available on the right-hand side of all users in the Users tile section.
On the following screen you will be presented with all of the details for the user. If you scroll down to the very bottom, there will be an option that lists the platforms the user has access to:
Change learner access
You can make changes to these checkboxes and save the details. The learner's and the learner access will be modified accordingly.
However, do note that if any of the options is greyed out, this means that your organisation has requested to disable the corresponding view.
