Overview
Administrators can access a comprehensive overview of all marking aid exercises and the learners assigned to them via a new “Marking aid” menu in the left-hand navigation.
This unified interface provides a single source of truth for exercises created in both the Programme Builder and Learners’ Learning Plans, streamlining management and review. Access to this screen is available only to Admins with the “Manage marking aid exercises” role. Visibility is governed by user group allocations.
Admins with an additional "Manage Programme" permission can also clone existing exercises to quickly create new ones across different programmes. This action copies questions, feedback, rubrics, and AI learning to streamline setup. For details, see Clone a marking aid exercise.
Features
A left-hand side menu item, Marking aid, is now available. Click it to show a unified exercises grid that displays all exercises and the learners assigned to them.
The exercises grid displays which component each exercise is linked to. Exercises from both Programme Builder and Learner Learning Plans are displayed.
Programme filter and search function for quick navigation.
Clicking on an exercise shows a drilldown view that has learner-level component data for each exercise.
Information about the exercise if it has been cloned from other exercises.
